1. About these terms

These terms are an agreement between you and Bunon Labs (বুনন ল্যাবস), Trade License No. 01058, Bagerhat Pourashava, Bangladesh. By using bunonlabs.com, GuruAI, BunonAI or Bunon Academy (the “Services”) you agree to them.

2. Accounts

You must give accurate information and keep your login details secure. You are responsible for activity on your account. Users under 18 need permission from a parent or guardian.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• break any law of Bangladesh or the rights of others;
• create harmful, hateful, deceptive or sexually explicit content, or content that exploits children;
• cheat in examinations or present AI output as original work where rules forbid it;
• attack, overload, reverse engineer or resell the Services without our written permission;
• break the usage policies of the AI providers whose models you access.

4. AI generated content

AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete or out of date. Always review it before relying on it, especially question papers, answer keys and educational material. You are responsible for how you use the output. Subject to the AI providers’ terms, you own the content you create.

5. Third-party models

BunonAI and GuruAI use models from independent providers through their official APIs. Bunon Labs is not affiliated with or endorsed by those providers. Model availability, features and prices may change when providers change them.

6. Payments

Prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Payments are made through licensed local payment providers. Prepaid balances and plans are used as described at the time of purchase. Refunds follow our Refund Policy.

7. Our intellectual property

The Services, our software, design, logos and the names Bunon Labs, GuruAI, BunonAI and Bunon Academy belong to Bunon Labs. You may not copy or use them without permission.

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep the Services available but cannot promise they will be uninterrupted or error free. We may change, suspend or discontinue features, and will give reasonable notice of major changes where we can.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Bunon Labs is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms. You may stop using the Services and close your account at any time.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Disputes will be handled by the competent courts of Bangladesh.
